Why Millennials?
I have a connection with Millennials since I have taught and mentored them. As a high school math teacher, I was still considered cool, relatable, and approachable. My experiences allowed me to connect and provide guidance to my students. I make sure they know that I “hear” them first before offering up my nuggets of truth. I enjoy what I do because I feel that there are too many mistakes that can be avoided. When I work with my clients I know I am providing clarity, creating choices, and avoiding challenges. I absolutely LOVE what I do!
Coach Sandra Roach is a Certified Life Coach and Owner & Director of the Tutoring Tree, which provides tutoring services to students in grades K-12th. Students receive assistance in all subjects, specializing in math from arithmetic to calculus. She works closely with her students to pinpoint skill gaps and develop strategies to assess comprehension.
Sandra is the Author of the children’s book, Alina’s Options: CAREERS from A to Z, which introduces over 100 occupations to the youth and STEM NAVIGATORS: Pathways to Achievement in Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics. Her vision is to ensure all students know the endless opportunities available to them. She believes that everybody deserves to have options, especially children.
Sandra's heart-centered mission is to teach young adults how to push the switch that turns on the light to help them receive clarity, direction and success for their lives.
